    Do you feel you were dismissed from work unfairly?

    If your employment is terminated without a valid reason, you may be able to claim for unfair dismissal. A claim for unfair dismissal can be pursued if the reason for an employee’s dismissal is deemed to be unfair. You will need to prove that your employer has broken the code of conduct and share your experience openly. But don’t worry, our team will examine your case and support you through the entire process.     Can I claim for unfair dismissal?

    If you have worked for your employer for at least 2 years you can make an unfair dismissal claim. As an employee, some legal rights come into effect after this time meaning you can make a claim, however there are some exceptions to this rule. If your employer failed to follow procedure, did not take the correct steps, or dismissed you for reasons deemed unfair in the eyes of the law, you could have a legitimate claim. Fair reasons can include:
    • Redundancy
    • Breach of stature
    • Conduct
    • Capability
    • SOSR (some other substantial reason)
