We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to join our growing team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations.
  • Provide administrative support to solicitors, partners and other staff.
  • Manage correspondence, filing systems and document preparation.
  • Schedule meetings, manage diaries and coordinate appointments and court dates.
  • Handle client enquiries by telephone and email, maintaining a high standard of client service.
  • Assist with credit control.
  • Support HR and compliance processes as needed (e.g. onboarding, record-keeping).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a professional services environment (preferred).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
